Our Fee Structure
Our fee structure consists of 30% of the candidates first year total compensation.
The first invoice is billed once all parties agree we are on the right path with the first slate of candidates. The second invoice is billed 30 days after the first invoice. The final invoice is billed at the start of the successful candidate’s employment.
